What Makes a Great Report
Follow these principles to help our editors resolve your report as quickly as possible
Pinpoint the exact sentence, figure, or claim that is incorrect. Vague reports take longer to resolve — quote the problematic text directly and note where it appears in the article.
Link to peer-reviewed studies, clinical guidelines, or authoritative sources (PubMed, WHO, CDC, BNF). Reports backed by credible citations are resolved significantly faster.
Provide the correct information, not just what is wrong. Where possible, suggest the exact replacement text. Our editors appreciate precise, solution-oriented corrections.
